The information contained in this policy is communicated and issued by ICD (“we”, “us”, “our”). In this policy, we outline how we use personal data about visitors to our websites, including customers and potential customers and about individuals that get in contact with us, our existing and potential service providers (such as energy suppliers) (referred to as ‘existing partners’ and ‘potential partners’ within this privacy policy) and those individuals whose personal data we otherwise process in the course of our business, which we will collectively refer to in this policy as “you” and “your”. We may collect personal data about you. This includes the following:

We will only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, tax, health and safety, reporting or accounting requirements. This means your personal data will be erased from our systems when we no longer need it.
